Hoax E-mail from NICE – Important Blood Analysis Results
We have received notification from NICE regarding a particularly nasty spam e-mail that was sent out this morning. If any of our patients have received this e-mail then please do not open or download any attachments. Please see the links below for more information.
We would like to apologise for any delay in booking an appointment for a blood test.
We are experiencing a high number of requests for this type of appointment and unfortunately lower than usual staffing levels.
We will do our best to accommodate your requests as best we can. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation at this time.
If you order prescriptions from the surgery, please can we ask you to read our prescriptions page.
We do try to be as flexible as we can but misuse of the online service has promted us to issue a reminder about how items should be requested.
