WHCCG Community Phlebotomy (Blood Test) Service
The West Hampshire Clinical Commissioning Group is reviewing the current Community Phlebotomy (blood test) Service and is seeking views on the current service from our patients.

IMPORTANT PATIENT NOTICE
As of 1st October 2018 Forest Gate Surgery is now part of the New Horizons Medical Partnership along with Dr S J Godfrey & Partners in Totton.
Both practices are working together to provide you, our patients, with excellent care.
We believe that as two practices working together we will be able to offer a better service to our patients.
To start with nothing much will change - you will still phone the same number and both buildings are still open as they were before.
As time progresses we will be able to offer you, our patients, a better 'on the day' service for urgent care.
We plan to utilise the best services from each practice across all of our patients.
By being a larger practice we believe we will be better able to cope with rising patient demand against a reducing availability of doctors and nurses.
We look forward to working this out together with you, our patients.
EXTENDED HOURS GP HUBS
Patients can now book evening and weekend appointments with a GP, Nurse or Healthcare Assistant at various Hubs centres in the West Hampshire CCG area. These Hubs are located in Totton, Romsey, Botley, Lymington, Ringwood, Winchester and Andover.
Appointments can be booked via Reception at the surgery, or via 111.

Patient online access update
The surgery has improved the current online facility to enable patients to view their detailed coded data from their medical record.
Patient Access is now available as an app for your mobile device, so now you can access your local GP services on the move, as long as you have a connection to the internet.
What's more, because Patient Access is a 24 hour online service you can do this in your own time, day or night.
