New Patient Messaging Service

As we are now using a new patient messaging service for appointment reminders and healthcare messages, could you please make sure we have the most up to date mobile number for you if you wish to make the most of this option. Thank you!

We are seeking the views of our patients about our extended hours to find out when and where people would like to be able to see a GP or nurse.

Please could you take a few minutes to provide feedback using the link below. Thank you.

Extended Hours Survey

If you would like to register or log on to our online appointment and prescription service then please use the Patient Access button below. Alternatively you can use the "Appointment" or "Prescription" tabs at the top of the page

Patient online access update

The surgery has improved the current online facility to enable patients to view their detailed coded data from their medical record.

Patient Access is now available as an app for your mobile device, so now you can access your local GP services on the move, as long as you have a connection to the internet.

What's more, because Patient Access is a 24 hour online service you can do this in your own time, day or night.

Friends and Family Test

We would like to know what you think of our services.  We'd be really grateful if you could go to the 'Have Your Say' section on the website and complete our 2 question survey.

Thank you!
